P1M visit Streamvale Farm

20th May 2026

We’re on our way, we’re on our way, on our way to Streamvale farm! In the words of the boys and girls we had ‘the best day ever!’. We were very busy from the minute we arrived, we had snack and then as we were heading for our tour of the farm the Dale Farm milk tanker arrived to collect all the milk! We watched the man connect the tanker to the special milk storage container to get the milk transferred over.

On our tour we saw, cows and calves, sheep and lambs, goats and kids, donkeys, pigs and piglets, horses, ponies, hens and chicks, rabbits and peacocks.

The peacock opened up its beautiful feathers for us. We got to feed rabbits, calves, alpacas, goats, sheep, hens and pigs. We were very busy being farmers today. So busy we were ready for our lunch and a play.

We had to remember to wash our hands often!
