We celebrated World Book Day today in school. Everyone received a sticker and a voucher for a free book. Most of the children in school dressed up as their favourite book characters and they all looked fantastic! There was a wonderful atmosphere in school and even teachers and classroom assistants had dressed up for the occasion. I never thought I'd see an Oompa Loompa doing PE!
Next week is our Reading Week in school when the children will be encouraged to read for pleasure and fun!
